Our Commitments
You should only have to choose a clinic once.
Most clinics serve one age band. Families who start early get handed back at five or six to begin again somewhere new—new assessment, new waitlist, new strangers. We built Propel so that doesn't happen. Four things we put in writing:

We discharge on goals, not birthdays.
Your child finishes when the goals are met. Not when they age out of a program, and not a session later than they need.

A named BCBA at intake.
Assigned, not rotated, and introduced by name before you commit.

No starting over at six.
A child moving from Early Foundations to School Years keeps their record and their plan. They do not start again.

We limit how many families each BCBA takes.
And we publish the number. A BCBA stretched across too many children is the most common reason a family loses theirs—the cap is how we keep yours.
Two Tracks
Two Programs. Nobody Starts Over.
Early Foundations
18 months – 5 years
The years where intensive ABA has the strongest evidence behind it. Communication, play, regulation, and the skills that make a first classroom possible.
School Years
6 years - 18 years
After-school and school-day support for children already in the classroom. Social skills, emotional regulation, homework, and IEP collaboration.
➜ Your plan carries over
Moving between them
Your child's plan and record carry straight across. No re-assessment, no new waitlist, no starting over. At six years old you get a written transition plan, not a discharge letter.
Always Included
✓ Caregiver coaching
✓ Monthly written progress review
✓ Insurance verification handled by us
Why we can promise this
Propel is independent, privately owned and operated. We set our own caseloads and we publish them, because a therapist who isn't stretched thin is a therapist who stays.
Where Care Happens
Every setting your child grows in.
The program decides what your child works on. The setting decides whether it sticks. Skills learned in one room have a habit of staying there, so we teach them where your child actually needs them.
In your home
Therapy at your kitchen table, where the hard moments actually happen.
Mealtimes, bedtime, getting out the door, sibling conflict, transitions between activities.
At school
In the classroom, working with the team your child sees every day.
Teacher coaching, classroom supports, and IEP or 504 collaboration.
In our center
Play-rich rooms built for learning alongside peers.
Structured teaching, peer play, group routines, and the rehearsal a first classroom needs.
In the community
The playground, the birthday party, the local event.
Waiting, sharing, coping with noise and crowds, and the outings families quietly stop attempting.
Your Path
From first call to lasting progress.
We remove the friction that usually stands between families and great care — so your child can start building sooner.
01
Tell us about your child
A two-minute form. We call you back within one business day, and a person calls, not an auto-dialer.
02
We check your benefits
We verify your coverage at no cost and tell you your actual out-of-pocket number before you commit to anything.
03
Meet your BCBA
A play-based assessment with your child, then a written plan you review with your named BCBA line by line before we begin.
04
Start, and keep going
Caregiver coaching from session one, and a written progress review with your BCBA every month.
